Material options depend on the component and project requirements. We work with paper and paperboard, greyboard, wood, plastic, resin, metal, acrylic, and other commonly used board game materials. Material samples can be provided before production, and custom samples can be made to confirm thickness, finish, color, construction, and overall quality.
Production lead time depends on the quantity, component mix, materials, finishing, and tooling requirements. As a general reference, many projects take around 3–4 weeks for smaller production runs and 4–6 weeks for larger or more complex orders after final sample approval. Custom sampling typically takes around 1–2 weeks, depending on the project. Shipping time is additional and depends on destination and transport method.
Quality control is carried out throughout production, including material checks, print and color review, component counts, assembly checks, and final packing inspection. We can provide production photos or videos, support third-party inspections, and arrange factory inspections when required. After mass production, we also retain and provide final production samples for reference.
We support international shipping by sea, air, rail, and express depending on the destination, volume, and delivery schedule. Shipping terms can include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP where available. Our team can also coordinate export documents, carton marks, customs clearance support, and delivery to your warehouse or fulfillment partner.
We treat customer artwork, game files, specifications, and project information as confidential. NDAs can be signed when required, and project files are shared only with the teams and suppliers involved in production.
